How It Works

Four steps from idea to finished piece

Step 01

Design Consultation

$400 Deposit · Credited to Total

We sit down on a 30-minute Zoom and go through every detail — metal type, stone settings, dimensions, finish, and free engraving options. Nothing is locked in until you love it. Your $400 deposit covers our design time and is fully deducted from your final cost.

Step 02

CAD Mockups

1–3 Business Days

Our design team produces photorealistic CAD renders of your piece. We go back and forth until every detail is exactly right — angles, proportions, stone placement, everything. You don't move forward until you approve the design.

Step 03

Production

7–8 Business Days

Once approved, we request 50% of the total project cost (or the cost of materials at current gold/silver market rates) to acquire your metals and stones. Our team sends you real-time video updates through molding, casting, polishing, and setting — you watch your piece come to life.

Step 04

Approval & Delivery

Straight From Factory to You

When the piece is finished, we send you a video walkthrough of the completed piece. You approve it, send the remaining balance, and we ship it directly from our factory — no middleman, no extra stops. Straight to your door.
