How quickly will I receive my order?

All our products are shipped in 24/48h and delivered in 3 working days. We include a tracking code at the time of shipment.

 

How long does production take?

Our jewelry is handcrafted to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

 

Are your products sustainable?

We are committed to sustainability. Many of our pieces are made from eco-friendly materials and ethically produced.

 

What is your policy on returns?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal and Shop Pay. We also accept financing with Affirm for installment payments that don't have interest.
